Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern purchases made through Vox Plaza. By checking the acceptance box at checkout, placing an order, or redeeming a VIP code, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority to pay

You must be old enough to enter into this agreement where you live. If you are under the age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms and authorize the purchase. You may use a credit card, debit card, PayPal account, bank account, wallet, gift balance, or any other payment method only when you are the authorized owner or have the account owner's express permission. Do not use stolen, borrowed without permission, fraudulent, illegally obtained, or otherwise unauthorized payment credentials or funds.

2. What you are purchasing

The item offered for sale is the Vox Plaza Discord VIP role. The role is non-transferable, has no cash value, and is subject to Discord's platform rules and the community server rules. In-game VIP status, cosmetics, access, rewards, features, and all other game-related benefits are complimentary gifts made available by the community. They are not purchased goods, are not guaranteed for any period unless required by law, and may be changed, unavailable, or withdrawn at the community's discretion.

3. Payment and fulfillment

VIP purchases are processed only through PayPal. A purchase is fulfilled only after PayPal reports a verified completed payment to the site. Returning from PayPal, a pending payment, an email receipt, or a bank authorization alone does not complete fulfillment. To receive the Discord role automatically, the recipient must have linked their Discord account to the matching Steam account and be a member of the community Discord server.

4. Gifts, codes, and delivery

You may buy VIP for another player only with their correct SteamID. A gift recipient must link their own Discord account; do not link an account you do not control. Giveaway and promotional codes are subject to their stated limits, may expire, and may be revoked when created or used through error, fraud, abuse, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Fraud, disputes, and chargebacks

Fraudulent payments, unauthorized payment attempts, false payment disputes, chargeback abuse, or attempts to obtain VIP through deception may result in cancellation of the order, removal of the Discord role and complimentary game benefits, suspension from community services, and reports to PayPal, the payment provider, or law enforcement when appropriate. Nothing in these Terms removes any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

6. Refunds

Contact staff promptly through the community Discord if there is a payment or delivery problem. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, completed purchases are final once the Discord VIP role has been delivered. Where automatic delivery cannot happen because the recipient has not linked Discord or joined the server, staff may help complete delivery after identity and payment checks.

7. Community conduct

VIP does not exempt anyone from the rules. We may remove or limit a Discord role or complimentary game benefit when necessary to enforce community rules, protect players, investigate abuse, comply with law, or maintain the services.

8. Privacy

We process SteamID, Discord account identifier, order amount, order status, accepted Terms version, acceptance time, and limited technical information needed to operate the checkout and prevent abuse. PayPal processes payment credentials under its own terms and privacy policy; Vox Plaza does not receive or store full card or bank details.

9. Service availability and liability

Online services, Discord, PayPal, game servers, and third-party platforms can change or be unavailable. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Vox Plaza is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of community services. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms for future purchases. The version accepted with your order is recorded with that order. Questions, delivery issues, and legal notices should be sent through the community Discord.
